As the 2016/17 season comes to an end, it’s time to turn our attention to September and the start of the 2017/18 season. As I’m sure you’re all aware, this year has been a tough one for your club. A massive thank you to everybody who has invested in us over the past 12 months, from the volunteers, the sponsors and the loyal army of supporters who have turned up at the Ellesmere Port Sports Village to cheer the team on.
It’s time to look forward now, and with your help we are looking to put together an exciting and successful team to push on and challenge when the new season starts in the Autumn.
But we do need your help………………
The club is absolutely reliant on our sponsors and our fans to exist. And the sooner we can see a level of commitment from both for the new season, the sooner we can set our team budget and try and secure the services of some exciting talent. We all want to see a large roster of excellent players, and we all want a settled team from day one of the season, but to achieve this, the club needs the funds to recruit the players we’d all like to see in Phoenix jerseys! So what can we do to achieve this?
Today we launch our Season Tickets and Membership Packages for 2017/18 and we would urge as many of you that can to sign up and commit to a full season of watching the Nix! Traditionally, some fans have held off purchasing tickets until the signings have been announced – this year we’d love it if you could sign up as soon as possible – with the commitment from the club Board that this will all be invested into the best possible team line up we can secure.
Prices are below, and I’m sure you’ll agree offer brilliant value to watch professional sport! The fact that you’ll also be able to use your Season Ticket to access any Home Cup, Trophy or Play Off games makes the offer one not to be missed, plus 10% off all merchandise throughout the season and of course 25% off at Zizzi.
On the door prices will be held at these seasons’ prices of £12 adults, £8 children and £32 for a family of 2 adults/2 children, whilst discounted online tickets will still be available in the week leading up to a game, but will continue to include a booking fee as per the BBL web ticket provider.
