Cheshire Phoenix overturned a 13-point deficit to beat Manchester Giants 83-93 on the road.

The victory gives the Nix their 10th of the league campaign with Earl Brown leading the way with a game-high of 24 points.

All five starters reached double figures for Cheshire with Mike DiNunno finishing with an all-round effort of 19 points, eight rebounds and seven steals in the win.

After an even 22-22 opening period, Manchester broke clear with a 15-2 start to the second for their largest lead of the game.

The visitors battled to reduce the deficit to seven at the half before continuing their momentum with an 8-0 start to the third quarter to take the lead.

Manchester restored their advantage and would lead 69-64 before five points from Raheem May-Thompson sparked an 11-0 run for Cheshire as they stormed to victory.

Jerelle Okoro top scored with 21 points for the Giants as they head into the final weekend with two games still to play.
