The Nix crushed the Raiders 97-64 in the home fixture on the 12th of January.

Plymouth’s new signing, Matt Scott, is averaging 26 points-per-game after his first two appearances for the Raiders.

Rashad Hassan leads Paul James’ side in points-per-game for the season (17.7ppg in seven games, five starts).

James’ team isn’t too great in front of its own fans, having lost eight games at home in all competitions.

Plymouth Raiders: Matt Scott – Plymouth’s 6’4 guard made a name for himself in the BBL during his time with the London City Royals and carried on his brilliant play at his new team by scoring 26 points in back-to-back losses against the Wolves and the Riders. The American will want to build on his impressive start and secure the victory for his team on Friday night.

Cheshire Phoenix: Ben Mockford – Cheshire’s shooting-guard had himself a brilliant international break with Team GB as he shot 50 percent from the field and from three-point range in both games against Montenegro and Germany. Mockford had a game-high Plus/Minus of +15 in the miraculous win against the Germans. The Phoenix sharpshooter tallied a game-high 26 points in the last meeting between the two sides.

Ben Thomas: “We are expecting a very tough game from a team that has made a lot of changes since we last played each other!

“It’s a huge opportunity for us to create some separation between us and the bottom four teams.

“We are looking for a great all-round team performance and if that comes I’m sure the result will follow.”
