We are pleased to announce the addition of former GB international Kyle Carey to help bolster the squad with the current ongoing injuries to key players.
Carey joins the Phoenix having previously played for London City Royals during the 19-20 BBL season along with NCAA level experience with Northern Colorado Bears and Barry Buccaneers.
Carey has represented Great Britain at U20 and England at U18 level.
On his return to the BBL Carey said: “I’m excited and thankful to be a part of NixNation. I’m looking forward to joining up with the squad and competing with this group of guys.”
Coach Thomas added: “I’m really happy to have Kyle with us! He will help strengthen our team in an area which we really need.
He’s a very versatile player who plays hard at both ends of the floor. I know he’s ready for this opportunity and I’m looking forward to working with him.”
