We are pleased to welcome Plymouth City Patriots standout player TJ Atwood to the Phoenix.
The versatile American forward TJ Atwood averaged 17 points, seven rebounds and three assists for the Plymouth City Patriots last season, and was anAll-Star selection. That followed a successful year at BK Iskra Svit where he finished second in the Slovakian league in 2022-23, and a college career at Lamar University in the Southland Conference.

“TJ is someone who impressed us last year. Whenever we played against him, he was right at the top of our scout and I’m really happy we don’t have to play against him again. The versatility that TJ has is something that will fit our team identity perfectly. We know that he can play as both a forward or as a big guard and we will be able to attack mismatches with him throughout the season. We are looking forward to seeing his game take another step forward this year as I know he is hungry to play within our system, build on our success from last season and hopefully win some more silverware!”
