Cheshire phoenix have added the signing of 6’0 American guard Marcel Mosley.
Mosley graduated from the University of Arkansas-Pine, where he averaged 17.1 points and 3 assists per game for the Golden Lions and he becomes the Phoenix’s first American signing of the summer.
